Headache
I have a headache.
It continues all day long.
After lunchtime, I'd like to leave the office because of pain, but I couldn't tell anyone about it.
I took a painkiller after dinner.
Today, I took an annual health check which I loathe at work.
I completed a task I was told to do by tomorrow.
While I concentrated on my job, I could forget the headache.
