Grilled Savoy spinach and tomato
I had a headache in the morning.
Two and a half hours after taking paracetamol, I felt a headache again.
I asked Gemini about the pain and it answered that drinking water and taking a little caffeine might work.
A cup of tea worked and I made lunch.
Savoy spinach has sand around its roots and you need to wash it away carefully.
I put frozen mackerel, cut Savoy spinach and tomato in a roasting tin.
I chose 'auto-grill' mode on Sharp Healsio (a superheated steam oven).
While Healsio is running, I can do other things.
It can cook both a main dish (mackerel) and a side dish at the same time.
The only thing I worry is that Healsio is a countertop oven and we haven't fixed it on a counter.
If a huge earthquake were to occur, it wouldn't be safe.
