Lack of sleep
Because of lack of sleep, I might have been unwell.
The quality of sleep is the matter.
Since I began to take a new medication, I have had long long story-like dream.
That means while I was dreaming, my eyes were moving rapidly.
That's the reason I couldn't fully recovered in the morning.
The depth of sleep is what I need.
