I don't understand the whole IELTS process

In my online English conversation lesson today, I practised my IELTS speaking.
I was given a subject and had one minute to write down what I was going to say on a small piece of paper and the next two minutes to monologue.
The trick, the teacher told us, was to make bullet points of what came to mind on a small piece of paper.

Today's teacher was a person who didn't waste time; there were no introductions or small talks.
He handwrote down everything I said and pointed out all my grammatical mistakes.
He then told me why they were mistakes.
He also gave me feedback on what was good.

But the next time I tried to book that teacher, there was not a single available date.
The teacher might have rejected me.
I don't think I was up to the level of the students the teacher wanted to teach.

Apparently, IELTS speaking is not just a simple question and answer.
Question and answer is part 1.
Part 2 is the two-minute speaking piece we practised today.
And there will probably be a part 3.

There is practice material for part two online and there is also a paper book, so the teacher told me to practise it myself.
I could transcribe what I said and have it looked at by a generative AI.
That way I can check for grammatical mistakes.

I feel that my English is not good.
When I talk to people it becomes obvious.
I am not as good as I think I am.
I lack fluency.

I need to get to grips with IELTS.
If I don't, I might not even reach a band score of 5.
But if I did, I might be able to give up.
