Making an agenda
Tomorrow is my counselling day and I had a lot of things I wanted to talk about with my therapist, so I wrote them down on a memo app and printed two copies on paper.
I thought that the therapist and I could talk about it, looking at each other's copies.
Today, to my surprise, I got all my weekend chores done.
I did the laundry, cooked and kept the household accounts.
I also got an online lesson in English conversation.
So tomorrow I have no plans other than counselling.
I think I'll use the spare time to sort out my books.
It would be worthwhile just to remove the dust and separate the books into those I've read and those I haven't.
There must be some books that are tucked away where I can never get to them.
I would also like to go to an optical shop and have the frames of my glasses adjusted.
