Low blood pressure
I went to the clinic early this morning for a medical check-up.
According to Japanese law, when you hire someone, you have to give them a medical check-up.
Then my blood pressure was very low.
I don't know the unit of blood pressure.
Anyway, the high value was 88.
The staff told me to take another measurement, so I was measured once more.
And this time the higher reading was 77.
Oh no......., the attendant murmured.
Do you have any idea what it is? The staff member asked me.
I'm hungry, I replied.
I hadn't had breakfast and had only drunk a little water before leaving home.
The person had written hunger in small letters on their chart.
The lower blood pressure reading was 44.
It took a very long time to take blood.
When I got to the office I was limp and squishy.
I had a light meal and took the herbal medicine I always take.
Then I bought a double espresso from the shop and drank it, which made me feel more energetic.
A little bit of tea did not make me feel better.
