Cut every two weeks in 5 mm lengths
I got my head trimmed by myself.
Within two weeks of trimming,
there is an
”aha, it's growing” feeling.
I have self-cutting friends.
We always talk about
how we don't want the clippers to break
while we are trimming.
Until a replacement machine arrives,
we have to spend time with a half-cut head.
I shall buy spare clippers when I have money.
I have always wondered
about the look and feel of this site,
and when adding past articles
I struggled with how to display the photos.
I want the photos to look big because of the effort.
And it would be nice
if the images could be displayed
according to the width of the viewer's device.
There were two ways of doing this,
one described in HTML and the other specified in CSS.
Because I am unfamiliar with CSS,
I chose to write it in HTML,
even though there are already many files.
I am better at simple tasks.
When the meta tag viewport was used to make the photos larger,
as a side effect the text was also made larger on smartphones.
So I decided to break the lines more often.
It looks like an old Amoeba blog.
And the underlining in the link section
was becoming increasingly noisy in appearance,
so I took the plunge and removed the underlining.
This is specified by CSS.
Much easier.
Readers may find it uncomfortable
that the site's specifications are constantly changing
on a daily basis.
Every day, every time I make a change, I say to myself,
'I've done it. It's perfect now.'
But the next day, I would see the problem again.
