Day Eleven (Date yeast bread)
I made it!
It tasted good.
It was obviously different from the Hoshino Natural Leaven bread.
Hoshino is a Japanese natural leaven vendor and I usually use their products.
My date yeast bread was dense and it tasted a little bit sour.
