Day Nine (the third feeding)
I added 30 grams of filtered water and 30 grams of strong flour to the leaven and stirred it with a spoon.

And then I placed the mixture into the YOGURTiA (a yoghurt maker).
I set the timer of YOGURTiA for 12 hours at a temperature of 28°C.
In reality, it rises in 4 hours or so.
This is the leaven after the third feeding.

I placed it in the fridge again.
It needs more than 12 hours of rest.
