Day Five (making Leaven with date yeast water)
The date yeast water had been resting in the vegetable drawer in the fridge.
I mixed it with strong flour.
I mixed them in a 1:1 ratio.
And then I put the mixture in YOGURTiA (a yoghurt maker).
I set the timer of YOGURTiA for 12 hours at a temperature of 28°C.
