Day Two (a mysterious aroma of date yeast water)
This morning, when I took the lid off the YOGURTiA (a yoghurt maker), I noticed an aroma.
I had never experienced that aroma in my life before.
It was the scent of dates.
The original fruit scent of dates was revived.
I stirred the date yeast water with a disinfected spoon to give it enough oxygen.
