Wild yeast starter made from dates
I eat dried dates every morning.
Dates are rich in natural sugars.
I'm going to make wild yeast starter made from dates on Friday night.
It'll take a week to be done.
I'm still a bit sceptical about whether I can bake bread or not with homemade yeast.
