I purchased a yogurt maker 'YOGURTiA'
A couple of days ago, I purchased a yogurt maker.
I chose YOGURTiA because YOGURTiA seemed easy to disinfect and the containers were made of glass.
I thought glass containers would be better than plastic.
I purchased a starter culture made from Suguki, so I tried to make soy yogurt.
Suguki is a traditional pickled vegetables in Kyoto.
I wanted a plant-based starter culture.
After 30 hours, finally I got home-made soy yogurt.
It was delicious.
However, I bought the yogurt maker to cultivate natural leaven.
I had cultivated natural leaven using a bread maker, but I want the bread maker concentrate to bake.
Natural leaven needs 24 hours to be cultivated and I can't bake bread during cultivation.
I needed gear which is specialised for fermentation.
* I'm sorry for the third photograph because our kitchen is dirty.
