True wholemeal bread
Today, I tried to increase the ratio of wholemeal when I bake bread.
70 per cent wholemeal had worked well a couple of days ago.
I asked my cooking Gem (a customized Gemini) the recipe for 100 per cent wholemeal.
I decreased the amount of salt and increased the amount of butter and water.
When I opened the bread maker and found the bread, I thought it was unbelievable.
We tasted the bread after dinner. It tasted good. It smelled like Japanese Sake. I wondered why.
