I sent an email to myself
I had some time, so I wrote an email to myself.
The text reads as follows:

To myself,
Thank you always.
So many things have happened this year, haven't they?
It's very painful to think about my mother.
Not hearing from my brother is also hard too.
I am gradually becoming free from those people, though.
Let's continue on the path that I believe is the right one.
Let's continue practicing my singing as well.
Regarding work, let's gradually increase what I can do.
Each day's efforts lead to growth.
If I eat well and get enough sleep,
Health will follow.
Let's cherish every moment with my husband, who is always by my side.
I am doing my best.
I know that better than anyone.
