Phytoestrogens
I watched a TEDWomen 2019 video by Lisa Mosconi last night.
The title of the video is 'How menopause affects the brain'.
Lisa is a neuroscientist.
In this video, she said that the people who remove their uterus and ovaries by surgery in their 40s have higher risk of alzheimer dementia.
I removed uterus and ovaries when I was 45 years old.
At that time I was glad because my periods had remained my worries.
After the surgery, I had some issues because of menopause.
I read about menopause at that time.
Menopause is related to decreasing of oestrogen.
You can cover that by diet.
Having foods contain Phytoestrogens helps.
Therefore, I have flaxseeds, sesame seeds, soy, tofu and dates every day.
In early summer I also have peaches.
They contain Phytoestrogens.
I'm doing my best and mindful.
At least, I don't have alzheimer symptoms now.
Too much worrying is harmful for my well-beings.
