When to study during the whole day

I like to get up early.
I get up very early and study for about an hour.
But these days I don't feel the benefits of studying in the morning.
This is because the effects of the medication I take before going to bed remain.

A few years ago, I listened to an audiobook about efficient learning methods for middle-aged and older people.
I think it said that if you learn before bed, it will stick while you sleep.
I would like to read it again in a book as my memory is not clear.

At night I update my diary on this website after dinner and go to bed when I'm done.
This is because I have to get up before dawn.
I don't have a set bedtime.
Sometimes I come home late, so I let things go as they come.

But from now on, I want to study for an hour after I finish updating my diary.
I'll start doing that today.

The English conversation teacher taught me a course of logic, and the instructor spoke too fast.
But I can show subtitles.

I am a bit undecided whether to take the TOEIC again or try IELTS.
I don't know how often IELTS is held in Japan in a year.

I have several things I want to learn.
I need to learn UNIX commands and macOS environment building, logic, C, and I will also need to increase my English vocabulary.
I also want to practise my English pronunciation.

Can I really do all the things I want to do?
After dinner I'm already feeling kind of lazy.
After I finish updating my diary, I want to do voice chat or something without thinking about it.
But I can't help it, because I'm so sleepy in the morning that my handwriting looks like worms.

There's also the problem that on working from home days and weekends, for no reason at all, I stop my alarm and stay in bed.
If I don't do it at night, I never learn anything.
