Padding
Next week I have a meeting with my boss.
Everyone in the department, one by one, will have a meeting with their boss.
Next week it's my turn.
In advance, I wanted to summarise what I wanted to talk about, so I wrote it down in pen in my notebook.
I transcribed it into a spreadsheet.
The content could fit on a sheet of paper, but somehow I turned it into 28 slides.
I wanted to tell the story as if I was talking to them.
Every line had a meaning.
I don't know whether the message would be understood or not, but I was making the slides while hoping that it would be understood.
I didn't include illustrations or animation, so the slides were lighter than one megabyte.
I attached the slides to an email and sent them to my boss.
Now I think about it, being a manager is a tough job.
You have to look after other people while doing your own work.
The others must have their own problems.
Not all of them will be honours players.

I was intimidated because I read the four books I borrowed from my husband in almost a week.
Then he lent me two more books.
Now, so I'm reading the sixth book.
Today I have time because I work from home and I'm doing laundry at the moment.
Working from home gives me peace of mind.
I was able to study the Duolingo Maths in English course for 14 days in a row, but the next day I forgot to study it, so the record for consecutive days was broken.
It is getting a little more difficult, but I am still able to keep up.
The course is unpaid, so you have to watch a lot of adverts.
Video adverts.
