September is over in just six working days
There is not a single person at my current workplace who seems to have too much time on their hands.
I feel like I changed jobs for better conditions and got a better environment.
That doesn't necessarily happen every time I change jobs.
But it could be hindsight bias that makes me think my current workplace is better than my previous one.
In retrospect, when I changed jobs into my previous workplace, let's say A, from its further previous workplace, B, I thought I had more freedom in my work.
At that further previous workplace, B, I only had to do what I was assigned to do every month.
But it was better to do only what was routine.
I think so now.
No matter what I write now, I can only come to the conclusion that my previous workplace was not good.
There seemed to be a lot of people at my previous workplace who had a lot of free time on their hands.
Not just looking free, they were actually free.
But writing about that is a waste of time.
I am in haste.
I am rushing in order to take action with a relaxed mindset and perform well.
At the end of the month, my boss is giving me a 1-on-1 opportunity, and next month he is taking me to a government agency.
A government agency sounds cool, but I don't want to write it clearly, so that's what I'm describing it that way.
He said we could leave around noon and have a meal in the vicinity.
Does a government agency have a cafeteria? I asked.
No, no, no. My boss said.
I imagined a place like the cafeteria at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, but it seems not.
