When and what to write
On weekdays, I prepare updates to this website in the morning at the coffee shop.
In the evening, after I come home and have a meal, I write additions to it and upload the files.
I feel differently in the morning and at night.
For example, yesterday morning I couldn't think of anything to write.
I drafted it on the ride home yesterday and finished it after dinner.
I feel motivated in the morning but tired at night.
Last week I was nervous and did not feel tired even at night.
This affected what I wrote.
Today morning I woke up with a bad dream.
It was not a work dream.
Sometimes I have recurring work dreams that wake me up many times and I don't sleep well.
I was very overwhelmed by this in May this year.
This morning I was listening to Gavin Bryars' “Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet” while preparing breakfast.
Never failed me yet
Never failed me yet
My husband enjoys updating this site, so yesterday, before going to bed, I asked him if he had read today's update.
He said he had,
I asked further, 'It was literary, wasn't it?'
My husband replied,
'Yes, but it made me sad.'

Looking back on today's day, I can't remember much.
I was in a daze from start to finish and even on the train on the way home.
The book I am reading now seems difficult to me.
I had to summarise what I was taught at work, but I couldn't concentrate.
I even now find myself in a daze.
