Preparing for the rain
I had a headache in the morning but I took some Loxoprofen sodium and it worked.
I originally wanted to do the washing before the power went out, but the humidity was so high that I gave up, even though I have a dehumidifier.
I worked quietly on adding the November 2023 files to this website.
I left home much earlier than planned because the train might stop.
When I crossed a big river, it was frightening because the water was rising so much.
I thought, 'Let's go somewhere and have a cup of tea.
And read a book'.
I ended up stopping at a jazz cafe.
I was told that earphones are not allowed in this cafe, so I took them off at the entrance and put them in a case.
There, an album called Egberto Gismonti's Solo, released on ECM in 1979, was playing.
I was happy to listen to ECM in a big sound, and the album itself is wonderful.
I couldn't help but stand up and check the cover.
I found that I couldn't read a book when I heard cool music.
The Doctor said,
'Well, it's like, let's give it a go.'
And when I got up from my seat,
'Let's give it a go.'
The doctor said.
I made a small fist pump and showed it to the doctor.
The rain and wind were not too bad.
A pocket umbrella would have been enough.
I was wearing a Gore-Tex jacket, a long umbrella and trekking shoes made of water-resistant material.
It was extremely damp.
I also wore a mask.
But you can never be too careful.
I am currently reading a Japanese translation of the book Fast and Slow.
While doing the following actions: getting on the train in a daze, arriving at the station, and getting off,
'I'm in system one now.'
'I'm in system 2 now.'
But I don't know if my perception matches the way my mind actually works.
But in the meantime, I'm sure I won't mind that.
The other day, I was talking to a Mac user and heard that the person switched between kana and English using the function key, so I tried it myself and was able to do it.
I am using a US keyboard.
